NCCI Recommends a 7% Work Comp Rate increase for 2010 in Oklahoma

Zig ZagNCCI just did it’s Annual Advisory Forum in Oklahoma City.  They are recommending a 7% increase in WC rates in Oklahoma for 1/1/2010.  We continue to have one of the most costly systems in the nation that delivers the least to the injured.  Our court system is outdated and must be changed to an administrative system.
