Florida Workers Comp Decision increases Rates 6.4%

Here is a story on how a Single Court Decision increased Comp rates in Florida by 6.4%.  It was actually a court decision that overturned limits on Attorney Fees on WC cases.  We have seen similar increases in Oklahoma based on court decisions overturning legislation which initially decreased premiums.  After portions of the legislation was overturned, the rates went back up.  -Chris Moxley
